Not sure if you know this or not, but most restaurant meals contain more than twice the number of calories you should be consuming in one meal. Not to mention the level of sodium can often be crazy high. I suggest preparing your meals on Sunday for the whole week.
Water, Water, Water!
Water can play a huge part in flushing out your system, which is key to getting rid of any water you’re retaining. What helps me drink a gallon a day is keeping track by marking my smaller water bottles 9am, 12pm, 3pm, 6pm, and 8pm.
