Not sure about you, but lately I’ve been putting in extra time at the gym trying to get a little bit more tightened and toned for the summer, which is causing me crave snacks. So I came up with this quick recipe to help satisfy my sweet tooth and knock up my energy level.
To make these Peanut Butter Bites, simply combine all 5 ingredients in a medium bowl, and stir to combine. Place in the refrigerator for 15-30 minutes so they are easier to roll. Roll into 12 bites, and store in the fridge for up to a week.
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup almond butter (or substitute peanut butter)
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- 1/3 cup raw honey
- 1/4 cup ground flaxseed
