Believe it or not food can play a big part and  keeping  your sex life sassy and sexy .here are a list of my favorite  foods that can help  keep it  hot.

Avocados are rich in vitamin E, which has antioxidant properties, potassium, and vitamin B6, which can help  prevent  heart disease by promote better blood flow.
They packed with heart-healthy monounsaturated fats ,and of course anything that helps your heart and circulation can also be critical for a healthy sex life. Selenium can help with infertility issues and, with vitamin E, may help heart health. Zinc is a mineral that helps produce men’s sex hormones and can boost libido.
