I can’t say this enough… You should schedule your days off in-between workouts. You only need to work out 4 to 5 times a week, for 90 minutes tops. And be sure to actually rest on your days off.

When it comes to weight loss, you’ve got to get your head in the game! Drop the negativity and focus on your goals. Remember, this is all about you, and “YOU CAN DO IT”!
Yes to Protein
Go high-protein, especially in the AM. Think less bread & cereal and more egg whites. Remember dolls, it’s super important to start your mornings off strong.
