- Broccoli – Believe it or not, broccoli is a great superfood when it come to fighting wrinkles. Plus it’s packed with vitamin A.
- Eggs – My all time favorite is eggs. They are perfect both before and after a workout. The amino acids help repair muscles, and vitamins and minerals nourish your hair and nails.
