It’s the first
day of the new year and as I scroll through my social media timeline, I’m seeing a common thread. Looks like 2018 was a challenging (and transformative) year for many of us. For better or for worse, a lot of hard lessons have been learned in 2018. That said, here are my 4 wishes for me, you and the other queens out there!
1. click resources Lesson learned. Find a way to use the lessons of the past, without holding on to the pain. Learn from your mistakes but don’t suffer through them over and over.
2. http://amlmag.co.nz/2018/05/lawyers-1-july-looming/ Bag check. Yaaaas, girl, definitely “secure the bag” but also pay it forward. What you’ve already gone through someone else is sure to be going through now. They could use your wisdom.
3. Move the crowd. Move forward based on your personal flow and don’t force it. If you force things, it usually won’t work. Know thyself and move in a way that works best for you.
4. Me time. As you attack your goals and push forward, remember to practice self-care and self-love, which includes showing up only to places where you feel love and light no matter who is (or isn’t) in the room.
Bonus wish: Marathon mile. Learn to find enjoyment in the process versus waiting till you get to the destination. Success truly is a journey, not a destination. If you wait too long you’ll miss it.
Happy New Year!!
