4 Things You Should Give Up When Trying to Lose Weight for Good

Hey Dolls,

This post is all about the things that should be cut out of your life for good if you’re trying to lose weight…

  1. Eating fat-free foods. Remember, your body needs fat to build muscle mass, whichs help with dropping pounds. Not to mention, when you cut fat out completely, you may notice more cravings.
  2. This was a tough one for me due to my crazy schedule, but skipping meals is one of the worst things you can do to your body. I suggest meal prepping for the entire week on Sundays.
  3. We all know  the rule “too much of anything is bad for you”. But this is especially true when it comes to drinking. Sorry dolls, this may mean that you can only have wine on the weekends. Also, when we over drink, we tend to over eat as well.
  4. Yes, your mom was right… you need your beauty rest! Remember, working out too hard without spending enough time on recovery, you won’t get the results you want.
