Not sure how it happened – but somewhere between the holidays and my winter vacation, I GAINED 7 pounds which is so not cute because summer is right around the corner! I don’t believe in diets, but fitness is a lifestyle for me. So I came up with 5 ways to lose weight fast and safely.
- Water is not only the key to gorgeous skin, but people who drink H2O lose more weight than those who don’t. So get to drinking, dolls!
- Split your lunch in half. Divide your portion by two, and save the rest for later. You’re likely to feel full faster than you think.
- Cut sugar. Believe me – if you just cut sugar out for 30 days, you will see a big difference!
- Sleep it off. Research shows that those who don’t get enough shut-eye eat more, and reach for more fattening grub than people who get plenty of rest.
- More sex. Thirty minutes of sex burns at least 60 calories for a 150-pound woman. So get busy, dolls!
