Hey, Doll!

Not sure about you, but I love a good cocktail! And with the holidays right around the corner, a girl needs a plan of action for staying fit while indulging here and there. So here are a few of my favorite low-calorie cocktails…

Caramel Appletini

Skip the apple pie, and head straight for the cocktails!

168 calories, 10.5 grams sugar

Ingredients:

  • 2 oz. vodka
  • 1 oz. butterscotch schnapps
  • green apple slice

Directions:

Stir ingredients together. Garnish with green apple slice.

Cranapple Cobbler

Since this tasty little drink is only 92 calories, I think it’s fair to say I will be having two, lol!

92 calories,6.9 grams sugar

Ingredients: 

  • 1 oz. apple juice
  • 1.5 oz. vodka
  • Splash of sugar-free cranberry juice

Directions:

Stir ingredients togther. Garnish with cinnamon stick.

 

Speyside Coconut Highball

Who doesn’t like whipped cream… especially when it’s light and guilt-free?!

138 calories, 8 grams sugar without light whipped cream; 221 calories, 8 grams sugar with light whipped cream.

Ingredients:

  • 4 oz. Numi Chocalate Tea
  • 2 oz. Van Gogh Dutch Chocolate Vodka
  • Light whipped cream (optional)

Directions:

Steep 1 Numi Chocolate Puerh tea bag at normal strength with freshly boiled water  for 3 minutes, then remove bag. Add vodka, and stir. Place light whipped cream to float on top (optional). Dust with powdered cocoa to garnish.

P.S.   Remember, Dolls – You might want to skip the sweets and go straight for the cocktails this holiday season!
