Not sure about you, but it’s sometimes a struggle for me to keep weight off! I eat clean and work out 5 days a week, and yet I still hit a rough patch from time to time. After doing some research on what could be the issue, I found out that as ours bodies and lifestyle change, we may need to switch things up a bit. And if you’re like me and never get enough sleep, that can also be a big problem. When you don’t get the proper amount of sleep, you will often find yourself craving more snacks. Also, I’m sure many of us are guilty of not changing up our workout routines enough. One good way to keep it fresh is to try something different each week.
